Day 8 (Video)

Wake up feeling?


Woke up feeling good. Nothing wrong with my body or mind.


Weight loss:


Today's weight: 160.6
Starting weight: 166.8

Total weigh loss:  6.6 lbs


Breakfast 


  1. 1lb of papaya
I was running late for work so I grabbed this huge container of papaya and took off. You can never go wrong with papaya. I'm going to try to have some ready to go all the time. 


Lunch

  1. 3 oranges
  2. 7 tangerines

Besides the Papaya for breakfast, I threw in these 3 oranges and 7 tangerines in my lunch box and I was set. You would think I would be hungry after eating only oranges for lunch, but I was actually STUFFED!


Dinner

  1. Smoothie: 8oz Strawberries, 8 oz Blueberries, 4oz Kiwi
  2. Salad: 3oz Mixed greens, 4oz Romaine lettuce, 8oz Cucumber, 4oz Grape tomatoes, Lime juice.
Evening Snack
  1. 3 Mango. 

After dinner I went out to run some errands and to see if I could find ripe bananas at the store. When I got back home, about an hour later, I had a flare of intense hunger and I devoured three sweet and juicy mango. mmm! It's moments like these that make me extremely happy, and relieved, because most of the time I'm forcing myself to eat wondering, "where did my hunger go?"

Distilled water. About 24 oz today.

none so far.

Today I had 2 movements. Same as yesterday.


Overall feeling for today?


Today was another great day. Felt good and most importantly, I'm still alive! lol Today is also the start of Week 2 on this diet! :)
