No dreams. Too tired. Went to sleep at 1am.
Wake up feeling?
Today was rough to get up. Went to sleep at 1:15 am. (This stop today!) But within a matter of minutes I was up and running. This seemed a little strange to me because usually when I wake up feeling sleepy, it takes me the whole morning to "wake" up. Today I "woke-up" within minutes. Nice!
Weight loss:
Today's weight: 161.8

DOWN 5 LBS IN 5 DAYS!
No it's not 5 lbs of fat! lol It's mostly water that my body no longer needs to hold. As my body becomes more healthy and less toxic, my body no longer needs to hold extra water to dilute the toxins inside of it. Toxins cause by SALT, ALCOHOL, COOKING FOOD, OUTSIDE ENVIRONMENT, AND CELLULAR WASTE.

I can definitely see the 5lb loss in my body. My belly shrunk! lol It's tighter! Also I notice my arms have more definition. I'm definitely liking this! lol I hope I can lose 10 lbs in 10 days! We'll see :)
Breakfast
- 8oz Grapefruit
- 1 lb oranges
- 1 lb tangerines
This was a huge breakfast. I was almost forcing myself to finish it, which I didn't like very much. From now on, I'm only going to eat what I can.
- 2 lbs bananas
- 4oz celery
That's a lot of bananas! lol I ate 4 and 45 min later ate the other 3. I need to let then ripe more.

- Juice: 16 oz freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Soup: 8oz orange juice, 8oz cabbage, 4oz romaine lettuce, 4oz tomatoes.
- Salad: 8oz cabbage, 4 oz romaine lettuce, 1 lb oranges, 1/2 avocado.
I enjoyed the juice, but didn't eat the soup. It was SUPER spicy. Probably because the cabbage was blended. I did eat the cabbage on the salad. It wasn't spicy like the soup. I've never eaten this much cabbage in my life. That's probably why my stomach didn't feel so good after dinner :( I didn't hurt or anything, but I did have lots of gas. I'm going to take it easy on the cabbage.
Water:
I notice I haven't been drinking water at all. I have a 2 litter water bottle that I carry around with me, but I hardly drink any as I'm not thirsty. So far, I've been attributing most of my feelings of being sleepy because I've been going to sleep late, but it could be because I need to drink more water :(
Starting Week 2 (Day 8), I'll start tracking my water. Specially now that I started P90X.
Any Detox Effects?
None. Body feels good. Just some gas after dinner.
Bowel Movements:
Today I had 3 movements.
Urine:
I've been noticing my urine is yellow most of the time. Probably my body detoxing or I need to drink more water.
Overall feeling for today?
Today was good. I just need to get some sleep.
