Day 2 (Video)

Woke up feeling?


I woke up feeling tired. Went to sleep at 2am last night. Health wise I felt good. I wasn't hungry at all even though I only at 1,100 calories yesterday. I should be eating at least 1,800.

Weight loss:


Today's weight: 164.6
Starting weight: 166.8


Total weigh loss: 2.2 lbs


Breakfast



  1. 13 clementines
  2. 6 Kiwi fruits
First time eating 13 clementines and 6 kiwis. Personal new record. I wasn't hungry enough to eat these all at once so I ate all throughout the morning. The kiwis were delicious! and very sweet. I just realized that I don't let my kiwis become ripe. I always eat them when they are somewhat hard and they taste sour. If I wait until they are soft, not too soft or else they'll go bad, they taste amazingly sweet.

Morning Snack




  1. Blueberries
  2. Strawberries
  3. Grapes
I love this combo. I start with the strawberries firs, then blueberries, and finish off with the grapes. I'm not feeling hungry at all.


Lunch



  1. 3 bananas. 

Dinner


I forgot to take a picture of this meal, but I show it in the video.

  1. Course 1: Smoothie - 12oz pineapple, 16 oz orange juice. 
  2. Course 2: Soup - 12oz pineapple, 8oz romaine lettuce, 4oz grape tomatoes
  3. Course 3: Salad - 8oz mixed greens, 8oz cucumber, 2oz pineapple, 4oz avocado
I got home from work and again went straight to bed. Woke up at 9pm and prepared this meal. At this point I was pretty hungry. This meal took me about 1 hour to eat, no kidding. I was almost forcing myself to finish my salad.

WHY AM I NOT HUNGRY?

Day 1 and 2, I haven't experience any real hunger. Probably because I'm eating fruit constantly, but I think the real reason is that I haven't exercised in 5 days due to a serious lack of sleep. Tomorrow I will try to exercise and see if my hunger picks-up from there. 

Bowel Movements

Today I had 2 bowel movements. I expect to have 3-6 on this type of diet daily. We'll see as the days progress.

I'm not sure about today's numbers because the only thing I weighed today was my dinner. The rest I just estimated. I don't think I actually ate 2,230 calories today, but then again I did eat 13 clementines lol. I'm not too worried. As long as I'm eating between 1,800-2,300 calories I'm good.
