Day 29 (Video)

Sleep:


I got some sleep!!! lol I went to bed at 10pm and was able to get a good night sleep.


Woke up feeling?


Besides feeling cold, I woke up feeling amazing!

Breakfast





  1. 4 cups freshly-squeezed orange juice
This is my first time ever drinking 4 cups of OJ. lol I LOVE ORANGE JUICE!!! lol


Lunch



  1. 6 bananas (organic)

Afternoon Snack
  1. Apple
My stomach didn't feel so good after eating this apple. I felt bloated. 




Dinner



  1. 3 lbs of Papaya
  2. Salad: 1 lb iceberg lettuce, 4oz spinach, 2oz red bell-peppers, 8oz cucumber, 6oz grape tomatoes, lime juice

Any Detox Effects?


None.

Overall feeling for today?


Great. I went to bed early yesterday and I felt great throughout the day.
