Day 10 (Video)

Sleep:

I think I've said I need more sleep too many times in a row. lol

Woke up feeling good. Need more sleep.

Breakfast 


  1. 1/2 a large cantaloupe.
Morning Snack
  1. 1 orange

Lunch
  1. 5 bananas

Dinner

  1. 1lb strawberries, 8oz Kiwi
  2. Soup: 1lb strawberries, 8oz cucumber blended.
  3. Salad: 3oz mixed greens, 4oz romaine lettuce, 4oz grape tomatoes, 4oz strawberries, lime juice, 1oz walnuts. 
This is the best dinner I've had on this diet. The strawberries with kiwi was heaven on earth. The soup was not bad. The salad was o.m.g. lol
