Day 4 (Video)

Wake up feeling?


I woke up feeling kind of tired. Not because of the diet, but because I went to sleep at 3am. lol


Weight loss:


Today's weight: 162.6
Starting weight: 166.8

Total weigh loss: 4.2 lbs


Breakfast 


  1. 12 Clementines

I ate these outside while I was taking the sun.


Lunch


  1. Smoothie: 5 bananas, 1 cup water.
  2. 1.27 lbs of Jicama with lime juice. 

Afternoon Snack



  1. 13oz grapes.

Ate these while reading a book. Yum!


Dinner

  1. Smoothie: 8oz papaya, 8 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice. 
  2. Soup: 8oz Romaine Lettuce, 8oz Valencia Oranges 
  3. Salad: 8oz Romaine Lettuce, 4oz oranges, 1 oz avocado. 

Any Detox Effects?


Nope.


Bowel Movements


Today I had four movements. One more than yesterday.

Exercise


Today I went for a 3 mile trail walk at noon. My energy was high.

Overall experience for today?

Other than the fact that I went to sleep really late last night, I felt great today. No digestive troubles at all. Energy was steady and my hunger is stable.
