I woke up feeling kind of tired. Not because of the diet, but because I went to sleep at 3am. lol

I ate these outside while I was taking the sun.
Lunch
- Smoothie: 5 bananas, 1 cup water.
- 1.27 lbs of Jicama with lime juice.
Afternoon Snack
- 13oz grapes.
Ate these while reading a book. Yum!

Today I had four movements. One more than yesterday.

Today I went for a 3 mile trail walk at noon. My energy was high.
Overall experience for today?
Other than the fact that I went to sleep really late last night, I felt great today. No digestive troubles at all. Energy was steady and my hunger is stable.
