Day 15 (Video)

Woke up feeling?

Breakfast 


  1. 4 Bananas
Eating some bananas for breakfast was really filling. 


Lunch

  1. 3 mango

I'm digging mango for lunch!

Dinner

  1. 1 lb strawberries, 1lb pineapple
  2. Salad: 4oz Romaine lettuce, 3oz mix greens, 8oz cucumber, 4oz grape tomatoes, 1 yellow bell-pepper, 1/2 avocado, lime juice.
My tongue was really sensitive after eating all that pineapple and strawberries, and the lime juice on my salad made it worst. I'm going to skip the lime juice next time I eat pineapple.

Today was another great day. Nothing new. Unlike the first week, I'm not really following the book's menu plan to the T. This week I'm going based on what I feel like eating.
