Day 1 (Video)


Woke up:


Today I didn't sleep. I got the book, "The Art of Manliness - Manvotionals: Timeless Wisdom and Advice on Living the 7 Manly Virtues" yesterday and I pulled an all-nighter reading it.


Weight loss:


Today's Weight: 166.8 
Starting Weight: 166.8


Total weigh loss: 0 lbs


Breakfast 



I ate breakfast around 10am. I wasn't hungry at all.


Lunch




I ate lunch around 12:30. Still not hungry, but I have to eat something.


Afternoon Snack



Ate this around 3pm. I was somewhat hungry.


Dinner




I had dinner at 11pm. This meal took me about 45 min to prepare because I took my time and because it was my first time preparing this type of meal. Next time it should only take me 10-15 min max. The salad was huge! Took me about 30 min to eat it slowly.

Today was a success. I feel great overall and I'm happy I'm doing this diet. I just need to get some sleep. You can't experience true health if you're not getting enough sleep.

  2. I'm confused with the 80/10/10 rule. Your total came out to basically 90/5/5. Is that okay? And how do you calculate that just in case I want to veer off from the book.
