Today I woke up feeling good health wise. Body wise, very sore from Friday's lower body workout. I quickly got ready and went out for a walk with my cousin.

Breakfast
- 1 small apple
- Smoothie: 5 bananas, 1 cup water.
Afternoon Snack:
- 2 cups Cantaloupe cubed
- 16oz freshly-squeezed orange juice
- Soup: 6oz orange, 6oz orange bell pepper, 3oz spinach.
- Salad: 4oz Romaine lettuce, 3oz mix greens, 8oz cucumber, 4oz grape tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, lime juice.
P90X Day 7.
Water:
16oz of distilled water.
Any Detox Effects?
None today.
Bowel Movements:
Today I had three. It's been a couple of days since I had three.
Overall feeling for today?
Another good day full of energy and stamina. It's becoming obvious to me how much more energy I have on this diet than my regular diet. I don't "crash" after meals anymore and have a steady flow of energy throughout the day. I really can do anything I want and not worry about being tired.
