Woke up feeling?
Great! I got up, got dressed, went to work, nothing to it. The energy I feel in the morning is definitely new to me. I'm getting used to it very fast! lol

Any Detox Effects?
Yes. A stomach crap at noon. I ate two bananas and went back to sit at my desk. A few minutes later I got a sort of stomach crap on my upper stomach underneath my rib-cage. (watch the video for exact location). I lasted on and off for about a minute and then went away after some deep breaths and walking. I don't remember last time getting one of these craps. I hope they don't come back because it did hurt. I also don't know if they were cause by the bananas or my bad sitting posture on my desk.
Bowel Movements:
For the last 4-6 days I've been back on the 3-4 range.
Urine:
One sign of dehydration is dark yellow pee. Another is peeing less than 4 times a day. I try to drink enough water to keep my urine clear and go pee at least once every two hours.
Overall feeling for today?
I love how today breakfast and lunch were as simple as it's going to get. Energy wise, I'm getting so used to having all the energy I want, that i'm starting to take it for granted saying to myself, "I ALWAYS felt like this." lol which is not true. Before this diet, my energy was 1/2 of what it is right now.
