Wake up feeling?
Today I woke up feeling better than yesterday, but I need some more sleep. I notice my body feels good. No aches, no pain, no discomfort, no digestive troubles. Overall I woke up feeling good.

Breakfast
- 1 Mandarin
- 12 Clementines
- 4 Kiwi
My hunger is picking up. I ate those 12 clementines within 30 min. The kiwis were so sweet mmm!
Lunch
- Asian pears
I love Asian pears! They're so juicy!
Afternoon Snack
- 5 bananas
I love having bananas between 3-4 PM. They satiate my hunger for a good 2-4 hours. I learned that the reason people can't eat more than one or two bananas at a time is because they don't let them fully ripe. The bananas above could of used another day or two to fully ripe.

Bowel Movements
Today I had 3 movements. 1 more than yesterday.
Overall, Day 3 went great. I got home and took a 3 hour nap. I woke up feeling awesome With lots of energy. I also felt hungry. I guess system is starting to stabilize because I'm feeling my hunger a little more than day one or two. Things are looking good.
