- 1.5 cup Strawberries
- 6 Tangerines
- 2 oranges
- 2 pink grapefruit
I ate everything except for the grapefruit. Too full! lol
Lunch
- 2 Hawaiian papayas
- 2 Mango
This was my first time eating Hawaiian papayas and all I have to say is that was the BEST most sweetlicious papaya I've ever eaten!

- Smoothie: 8oz Pineapple, 8oz strawberries
- 8oz pineapple chopped
- Salad: 4oz Pineapple, 4oz Romaine lettuce, 3oz mix greens, 8oz cucumber, 4oz grape tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, lime juice.
Any Detox Effects?
none.
