Day 12 (Video)

Woke up feeling?

I woke up feeling good!

Weight loss:

Today's weight: 158.2
Starting weight: 166.8

Total weigh loss: 8.6 lbs


Breakfast 


  1. 1.5 cup Strawberries
  2. 6 Tangerines
  3. 2 oranges
  4. 2 pink grapefruit
I ate everything except for the grapefruit. Too full! lol

Lunch


  1. 2 Hawaiian papayas
  2. 2 Mango
This was my first time eating Hawaiian papayas and all I have to say is that was the BEST most sweetlicious papaya I've ever eaten!

Dinner

  1. Smoothie: 8oz Pineapple, 8oz strawberries
  2. 8oz pineapple chopped
  3. Salad: 4oz Pineapple, 4oz Romaine lettuce, 3oz mix greens, 8oz cucumber, 4oz grape tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, lime juice.
Any Detox Effects?

none. 

Overall feeling for today?

Yet another great day :) Feeling fine, high energy, like I'm on the right diet lol
