Woke up feeling?
Health wise, I woke up feeling good. Sleep wise, not so good. This diet has me wired at night. I need to force myself to sleep.
Weight loss:
Today's weight: 157.8
Starting weight: 166.8
Total weigh loss: 9 lbs!
Of course, most of it water lol not fat!
Breakfast
- 1.5 cup strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple
Nothing like eating strawberries in the morning. Hands down.
Morning Snack:
- Two tangerines.
Lunch
- 3 Banana, 3 mango
I really enjoy this combo.
Dinner
No picture. Look at video.
- 2.5 lbs papaya
- Salad: 4oz Romaine lettuce, 3oz mix greens, 8oz cucumber, 4oz grape tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, lime juice.
The papaya was OK. Once you have Hawaiian papaya, it's hard to go back to regular. I haven't gotten tired of this salad. It's so delicious!

none.

Back to three.
Overall feeling for today?
Great! Felt good, but I'm definitely abusing my abundant energy by going to sleep late every night. Not good.
