9 days away!

To continue prepping, today I ate fruit in the morning and for dinner had a fruit smoothie and a salad. Right now I'm not tracking calories or percentages to verify I'm doing 80/10/10. I'll do that when the diet starts. 

So far I feel great. Today I pushed through my workout much easier than normal. Maybe it's all the fruit I ate in the morning. lol We'll see.
