7 days away!

I guess the routine has stuck.

Fruit for breakfast.
Cooked food for lunch.
Big salad for dinner + fruit smoothie. 

I KNOW I will definitely lose weight on this diet. I'm down another pound!

One thing I'm noticing that could be a detox effect is my bad breath. I had this sour taste in my mouth that wont go away and sort of like a white-coated tongue. As usual I'm brushing 3x a day and scrapping my tongue morning and night.
