6 days left!

For the past three days I've been going to sleep at 1am and waking up at 7am. Throughout the whole day I don't feel sleepy until about 5:30pm, which then I take a nap until 7:30 or 8pm. I then eat an orange and do my exercise.

One thing that's been amazing me for the past 3 days is that my workouts are stronger. I get throughout the grind and finish the exercise session strong. It's definitely gotta be the fruit or the fact that I only eat one cooked meal a day so my body only has to digest one meal instead of three.

Today:

Fruit for breakfast.
Cooked food for lunch.
Big salad + fruit smoothie for dinner. 

I'm really liking this diet. The BIG change is going to be March 1st, when I stop eating cooked food for lunch.

***Night update***

Today was the second day in a row that I have three bowel movements in one day. That's new for me. Usually it's one or twice max, and believe it or not, my stool doesn't stink anymore! lol

I"m definitely getting a good head start on this diet.
