8 days away!

Today I fallowed yesterday's protocol and ate fruit in the morning, regular food for lunch, and a fruit smoothie with a salad for dinner.

I felt a little drowsy today at about 2-4 pm. I've heard that could be a sign of detox, but we'll see the real effects in 8 days. lol

So far so good!
