I'm ready to go! (Video)

I'm starting the 80/10/10 Diet tomorrow! Quick video update.


1 day left!

Diet starts tomorrow! Woo Hoo!

Today I:

Ate fruit for breakfast. 
Ate cooked food for lunch.
And will be eating my last cooked food meal for dinner. 

I'm exited to finally start this diet and see what happens.

My expectations for this diet are:

-Weighloss
-Extreme levels of energy. 
-Detoxification. 
-Hightened mental/spiritual abilities. 
-Better workout performance.
-Faster workout recovery.
-Muscle increase.
-Better stamina.
-Better sleep.
-Increased feeling of health and wellness.

I'm a little nervous because I don't remember the last time I went a whole day, never the less 30 days!, on fruits and veggies alone:

No meat. 
No chicken. 
No fish. 
No eggs.
No beans.
No lentils. 
No brown rice. 
No cooked food. 

But if it means taking my health and energy to the next level, I'm all in.

I'll try to do a quick video tonight sharing my experience one day away from starting this diet.

2 days left!

Two more days! Woo hoo!

Today I had:

Fruit for breakfast.
Fruit for lunch.
Cooked food for dinner.

I was going to skip cooked food today, but I decided to just enjoy it and wait two more days. 

I'm getting everything ready for the daily video reports I'll be making starting March 1.

3 days left!

I can't wait to start the diet. Mainly because I've been getting really bad craving to eat junk food the closer I get to March 1. It's almost like my mind is telling me, "EAT CRAP WHILE YOU STILL CAN!" lol 

Today I had:

Cooked food for Lunch & Dinner.

4 days left!

Today was good. 

Fruit for Breakfast.
Cooked food for Lunch.
Salad for dinner. 

I definitely have more energy. I only slept 4 hours and I'm fully awake. It's gotta be the fruit. 

5 days left!

Five days to go!

Today I did:

Fruit for breakfast.
Fruit for lunch. 
Cooked food for dinner.

One thing I noticed today during my morning workout is that my b.o. (body odor) doesn't stink bad like before. I read it in "Fit For Life" that when your body is clean on the inside, you don't smell bad or nearly as bad.

6 days left!

For the past three days I've been going to sleep at 1am and waking up at 7am. Throughout the whole day I don't feel sleepy until about 5:30pm, which then I take a nap until 7:30 or 8pm. I then eat an orange and do my exercise.

One thing that's been amazing me for the past 3 days is that my workouts are stronger. I get throughout the grind and finish the exercise session strong. It's definitely gotta be the fruit or the fact that I only eat one cooked meal a day so my body only has to digest one meal instead of three.

Today:

Fruit for breakfast.
Cooked food for lunch.
Big salad + fruit smoothie for dinner. 

I'm really liking this diet. The BIG change is going to be March 1st, when I stop eating cooked food for lunch.

***Night update***

Today was the second day in a row that I have three bowel movements in one day. That's new for me. Usually it's one or twice max, and believe it or not, my stool doesn't stink anymore! lol

I"m definitely getting a good head start on this diet.

7 days away!

I guess the routine has stuck.

Fruit for breakfast.
Cooked food for lunch.
Big salad for dinner + fruit smoothie. 

I KNOW I will definitely lose weight on this diet. I'm down another pound!

One thing I'm noticing that could be a detox effect is my bad breath. I had this sour taste in my mouth that wont go away and sort of like a white-coated tongue. As usual I'm brushing 3x a day and scrapping my tongue morning and night.

8 days away!

Today I fallowed yesterday's protocol and ate fruit in the morning, regular food for lunch, and a fruit smoothie with a salad for dinner.

I felt a little drowsy today at about 2-4 pm. I've heard that could be a sign of detox, but we'll see the real effects in 8 days. lol

So far so good!

9 days away!

To continue prepping, today I ate fruit in the morning and for dinner had a fruit smoothie and a salad. Right now I'm not tracking calories or percentages to verify I'm doing 80/10/10. I'll do that when the diet starts. 

So far I feel great. Today I pushed through my workout much easier than normal. Maybe it's all the fruit I ate in the morning. lol We'll see.

10 days away!

Today I'm exactly 10 days away from starting the diet and I decided to start prepping by eating only fruit for dinner today. I can't remember the last time I ate fruit for dinner, but it sure felt NICE. lol


I wasn't hungry and was able to sleep well. I'm going to try and do the same tomorrow.
